Most chefs haven’t yet discovered nut shells as dish enhancements but who knows what the future holds? It is difficult to grasp how food that has obviously sat in warmers for hours could be cold, yet, there it is, isn’t it. Those hard wrappers surrounding the nut meat. Worst of the fare was a spaghetti squash dish that included pecans. To call the offerings amateurish is insulting to amateurs. To call this so called “Grand Buffet” is a veiled attempt at humor I suppose. ![]() My visit was to be a celebration of my brother’s birthday, accompanied by our wives.
